Fry’s Pizza Sunday turns the bakery into a pizza shop for a day of rock n’ roll and slinging pizza pies. The pizza team picks a new menu each week using ingredients from Moss St. Market Farmers, The Whole Beast Salumeria, and Natural Pastures Fior di Latte. Our crust is crafted from freshly milled durum and spelt and leavened with wild yeast. All these elements come together in our wood-fired oven to create a truly satisfying pie.
Pizza starts at noon and goes until the dough runs out!
