Fry’s Bakery is a family run wood-fired, sourdough bakery in Victoria BC. We use only the best local and organic ingredients to make our breads and pastries. Our whole-grain flours are stone-milled in house with grain sourced through Vancouver Island Grain and Milling, a business devoted to building local grain production while supplying top quality grains to the west coast from prairie farms. Our vegetables, fruits and dairy are also sourced as locally as possible. We are a community supported business, supplying handcrafted foods to our lovely neighbours and a select few shops and restaurants around the city. You can find us at our shop in Vic West, Wednesdays to Sundays, and at the Moss St Community Market April-October from 10-2.
